Rules of the Islamic Uddokta Club (IUC) Group:
01. Introduction: When posting, introduce yourself at the beginning. If you are an IOM student, be sure to provide your roll number. This will help you gain the trust of IOM students.
02. Code Collection: If you want to post a sale, you must invite at least 50 members to the Islamic Online Madrasah-IOM page and provide a screenshot, then fill out the seller code application form. Once you receive the code, you will be able to post with the price and mention the page. Application form link: http://iom.edu.bd/iuc-seller-code/
03. Post Policy:
a) Posts must be in Bangla. Bangla written in English letters will not be approved. If you try to post Banglish several times, you will be banned.
b) Use nice pictures to make your product attractive. Do not use pictures from the internet or others' pictures. Photos of non-mahram or women without hijab are not approved, so do not post such pictures. If the picture is of a woman wearing a hijab, it must be such that the face is not recognizable. Sisters who work on topics related to modesty cannot post with their eyes and hands open; they must cover them with flowers or in any other way. Again I say, do not violate modesty.
c) Provide product details at the beginning so that consumers can know about the product thoroughly.
d) If there are usage instructions for the product, mention them appropriately.
e) Specify the size, color, and quality of the product.
f) You may mention the price in the description (optional).
g) Clearly state whether the price must be paid in advance or if cash on delivery is available.
04. Response to posts of the opposite gender: Sisters should never personally message brothers upon seeing their sale posts, and brothers should never personally message sisters upon seeing their sale posts. If necessary, complete the required task by commenting on the post or contact the page. No brother or sister should reply to comments from the opposite gender except the seller. Doing so will result in a mute and ban.
05. Sisters should not directly post in the group. You should join your page to our group and post from the page. This will protect you from receiving unwanted messages from men in your inbox. The same advice applies to brothers.
06. You cannot call someone on another's sale post or inbox and say, "Brother, I will give it for less, buy from me." If you do, you will be blocked. And if someone does this to you, definitely inform someone from our admin panel. We are always ready to ban those who offer in inboxes.
07. More than one post from a single ID/page will not be approved per day.
08. Familiarize your ID by posting regularly and commenting frequently. This will increase sales, InshaAllah.
09. Here, religious brothers and sisters will strengthen their position by getting to know each other, InshaAllah. Sales will happen, and you will benefit, InshaAllah. Write constructive captions.
10. Any viral topic, live share, personal family stories, or unnecessary political or foreign posts cannot be shared. They will not be approved. If necessary, you may be banned.
11. If you post harassing content towards buyers or sellers without any reason, you will be banned.
12. If you make negative comments with the intention to belittle someone, you will be banned directly. Above all, no backbiting is allowed here, and no one should be spoken to harshly. If you see any group link or such argumentative comments, report to admin, InshaAllah.
