Khandaker Marsus completed his B.Sc. in Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at RUET. He then completed an M.Sc. in IT from MIT (JU). He also completed an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management, India. He completed Takmil (Dawra-e-Hadith) from Jamiatul Anwar, Dhaka.
