Assalamu Alaikum Ustad. I currently have gold that is more than 11 annas but less than 16 annas, which may be worth around 66,000 taka. I am employed. I have 22,000 taka in hand including salary and bonus. Is Qurbani obligatory upon me?
According to the description of your question, the gold you have may be worth around 66,000 taka. You have 22,000 taka in hand including salary and bonus. 66,000 + 22,000 = 88,000 taka. The current value of 52.5 tola of silver is approximately 78,000+ taka (may vary by region). Therefore, according to the description, Qurbani is obligatory upon you.
However, if your money is spent before the 10th of Dhul Hijjah, and if the value of the gold you have is less than 78,000 taka, then, due to not possessing wealth equal to Nisab, Qurbani will not be obligatory upon you.

In how many shares can Qurbani be given? Can a cow be sacrificed in 8 shares? Or is 1, 3, 5, 7 shares mandatory?
For small animals like goats, sheep, and rams, sharing in Qurbani is not permissible. For large animals like cows, camels, and buffaloes, Qurbani can be given in up to seven shares. Giving Qurbani in 8 shares is not permissible in any way. It can be given in any number of shares: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.

If nails, hair, etc. are not cut during the month of Dhul Hijjah and cut after Qurbani, does one get the same reward as giving Qurbani? And is this reward for those who do not give Qurbani or for those who will give Qurbani? Is the hadith regarding this authentic? And where is the hadith found?
There is no such statement in the Quran or Hadith that if one does not cut nails, hair, etc. during Dhul Hijjah and cuts them after Qurbani, they get the same reward as giving Qurbani. However, for those who give Qurbani, there is an instruction in the Hadith not to cut nails, hair, etc. until the 10th of Dhul Hijjah.

My maternal uncle lives abroad. There is a homestead in his name which, if sold, would exceed Nisab. He also has 60,000 taka. My uncle gives Qurbani on behalf of my grandfather. My grandfather is old and does nothing; household expenses are met with the money sent by my uncle. My grandfather also has land which is worth more than 52.5 tola of silver. Now, is Qurbani obligatory upon both of them? Does my uncle have to give Qurbani on behalf of both himself and my grandfather?
Qurbani will be obligatory upon both your uncle and grandfather. If sacrificing a goat, they must sacrifice separately for each. And if sacrificing a cow, since the obligation of seven people is fulfilled with one cow, the Qurbani of both your uncle and grandfather will be fulfilled.

If 6 shares of Qurbani and 1 share of Aqiqah are given in the same cow, how should the meat be distributed?
If 6 shares of Qurbani and 1 share of Aqiqah are given in the same cow, the method of meat distribution is also similar to Qurbani. That is, one of the seven shares is divided into three parts: one part for oneself, one part for guests or relatives, and one part for the poor and needy. It is Mustahabb to distribute Qurbani meat, and for Aqiqah, it is Mustahabb to cook the meat and feed relatives and others.

If Qurbani is obligatory and someone does not intend to give Qurbani or does not give it, what kind of sin will it be?
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, 'Whoever has the means but does not sacrifice (i.e., has no intention to sacrifice), he should not come near our Eidgah.' (Musnad Ahmad, Mustadrak al-Hakim)
Giving Qurbani is obligatory. And abandoning an obligatory act is a major sin. A wealthy person who does not fulfill the command of Qurbani will be a great sinner.

Moreover, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed the person who abstains from giving Qurbani, saying that he should not come to the Eidgah. Therefore, it is obligatory for a person who owns money or wealth equivalent to the price of Qurbani to give Qurbani. The one upon whom Qurbani is obligatory should refrain from the sin of abandoning an obligatory act by fulfilling it.
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. I had some gold ornaments and some saved money which reached the Nisab of silver, and since one year has passed, I have paid Zakat this year. I am a housewife. I have no income. And I have lent the saved money to a person. Currently, I have no cash in hand. In this situation, is Qurbani obligatory upon me this year?
If you have ornaments that can be sold to purchase an animal for Qurbani, then even after lending the saved money, Qurbani will be obligatory upon you. However, if selling the ornaments you have is not feasible to give Qurbani, and there is no possibility of getting the lent money back during the days of Qurbani, then Qurbani will not be obligatory upon you.

Assalamu Alaikum, my husband and two brothers-in-law give Qurbani together. My elder brother-in-law is a bank manager. Now, if we give Qurbani with him, will our Qurbani be valid? If we do not give Qurbani with him, can we eat the meat of his Qurbani? In my in-laws' house, except for me and my husband, no one accepts that the money from a bank job is haram. My husband and I live with my father-in-law and mother-in-law. My husband and two brothers-in-law give money to my mother-in-law every month for household expenses. Then my mother-in-law spends from that money for what is needed for the market. Will this food be halal for us?
If your brother-in-law works in the interest-based sector of the bank, then giving Qurbani with him will not fulfill your Qurbani. Therefore, you should give separate Qurbani with goats.
Since there is a mixture of halal and haram in your household expenses. If the amount spent on you and your husband from that money is estimated to be equal to or less than the money your husband provides, then you do not need to give any extra Sadaqah. For example, your husband gives 5,000 taka to the household monthly. The monthly household expenses are 10,000 taka. There are four family members. Then you do not need to give any extra Sadaqah. However, if the household expenses are 15,000 taka, and your husband gives 5,000 taka per month, then you need to give an additional 2,500 taka as Sadaqah. You must calculate and give Sadaqah in this manner.

If Qurbani is obligatory upon women, will her mahrams give Qurbani on her behalf, or should the woman give it herself?
If Qurbani is obligatory upon a woman, her mahrams can give Qurbani on her behalf. In this case, permission must be taken from her. Alternatively, the woman can give Qurbani herself.
